This Cookie Policy explains how GrandEx Inc. (“GrandEx,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit https://grandex.us (the “Website”). It explains what these technologies are, which services currently use them, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies may be set by the website you visit (first-party cookies) or by a service used by that website (third-party cookies). Similar technologies, including browser storage, may also be used to remember choices or support website functions.
How we use cookies and similar technologies
The Website currently uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Consent management: Termly Cookie Consent Manager records and applies your cookie choices and blocks optional analytics technology until you consent.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) helps us understand visits to and use of the Website, including page views, sessions, general device and browser information, referring pages, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
Analytics cookies are disabled by default and are activated only after you choose to accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner or Cookie Preference Center.
Cookies currently used
Analytics cookies
These optional first-party cookies are created by Google Analytics 4 after analytics consent is given.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Type | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga |

_ga_EXK92YW08V |
Google Analytics / .grandex.us |

First-party analytics cookie | Up to 2 years; a browser may impose a shorter limit. |
For more information about Google’s processing, see Google’s Business Data Responsibility information.
Google tag and Google Tag Manager
The Website uses Google’s gtag.js library to operate Google Analytics 4. Although this library is downloaded from googletagmanager.com, the Website does not currently use a separate Google Tag Manager container. The only Google measurement ID currently implemented on the Website is G-EXK92YW08V.
Services used when you submit a form
The following services are used in connection with Website forms. They are described here for transparency, but they are not currently identified as setting separate browser cookies on the Website:
- SalesDrive CRM: When you submit a form, the information entered in the form, together with available page, referrer, and marketing-attribution information included with the submission, may be sent to SalesDrive CRM so that GrandEx can receive, organize, and respond to your inquiry. See the SalesDrive Privacy Policy.
- Akismet Anti-spam: Contact Form 7 uses Akismet to check submitted form content for spam. Akismet may process the submitted content and related technical information, such as the IP address, user agent, referrer, and Website URL, for spam checking. See Automattic’s Privacy Notice for visitors to users’ sites.
More information about how GrandEx processes information submitted through forms is provided in our Privacy Policy.
No targeted advertising cookies
The Website does not currently use Google Analytics advertising features, Google Signals, remarketing cookies, Google Ads cookies, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or other cookies for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the cookies listed in this Policy to sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
If these practices change, we will update this Cookie Policy and the Cookie Preference Center before enabling the relevant technology.
How to control cookies
You can accept or reject optional analytics cookies through the cookie banner. You can review or change your selection at any time by opening Consent Preferences in the Website footer. Rejecting analytics cookies does not prevent you from using the Website or submitting a form.
Changing your preference prevents future use of the rejected analytics cookies. To remove cookies already stored on your device, use your browser settings. Browser instructions are available from:
You may also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
California privacy choices
California residents may contact us to ask questions about the personal information associated with these technologies or to exercise any privacy right that applies to them. Because the Website does not currently use cookies to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no advertising-cookie opt-out to apply to the technologies listed in this Policy. Optional Google Analytics cookies can still be rejected at any time through Consent Preferences.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies used on the Website or applicable legal requirements change. The date at the top indicates when this Policy was last updated.
